The new 2021 Sorento comes with a wide array of attractive available features like a 360-degree camera setup, wireless phone charging, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, and eight USB ports. It has quilted leather, second-row captain's chairs that slide and recline, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. The Sorento in these photos is finished in the gorgeous Aruba green color, which is exclusive to the X-Line, with a tanned leather interior that's accented by real wood trim. The X-Line package will solely be available on the highest trim, the SX-Prestige, which means it should be very detailed inside and bring a ton of stuff of tech. This package also includes torque-vectoring technology as well as a center-locking differential, and AWD models will gain new a Snow driving mode to improve drivers dealing with the bothersome weather. As long as customers know, the AWD system requirement will still be kept. Kia has plans to launch a new plug-in hybrid Sorento in 2021 and they have announced the X-Line will be an option for the 2021 Sorento. As Kia has planned on offering customers more, this is just the start of many exciting changes coming out for customers. Another detail worth keeping in mind is the only powertrain option for this trim for the Kia Sorento is the prized turbocharged 2.5-Liter inline-four that produces 281 horsepower and 311 lb-ft of torque. Owners that want to opt for the X-Line trim can only do so with vehicles that come with all-wheel drive. While the ground clearance is only a half-inch less than the rival Subaru Outback, and Kia says the X-Line provides far more generous approach and departure angles for drivers. The X-Line has an inch higher ground clearance than the standard Sorento for a total of 8.3 inches. Kia added skid-plate elements, dark gray 20-inch wheels, new roof rails, and some neat exterior badges. ![]() The X-Line will transform the Kia Sorento to a wider appearance with larger-looking front and rear bumpers. What's On the Inside Is What Matters Most The perks of this new X-Line are not entirely revealed, but we have plenty to share. Kia included two Seltos X-Line concepts at the 2019 LA Auto Show.
